About Arista Arista Associates, Inc. was incorporated in January 2000 and is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Office of Minority and Women Business Administration (SOWMBA). Arista provides comprehensive environmental consulting services to municipal, industrial and commercial clients. Arista offers a range of services including Brownfields restoration, land use planning, environmental site assessment, permitting, compliance assistance, project management, research, expert testimony, risk assessment and communication, community relations. Arista is active in the restoration and redevelopment of Brownfields sites — vacant, idle, abandoned, and underutilized properties with real or perceived environmental issues. In the past, Brownfields properties have been by-passed for redevelopment due to technical, legal, financial, and community barriers. Recent developments at federal, state and local levels now provide attractive financing, cleanup cost, property tax, and worker tax incentives to those interested in locating their business in a Brownfields property. Arista's philosophy is to provide a standard of care in all projects that identifies stakeholder interests, risk and key environmental concerns in an effort to structure the best opportunities that maximize the project objectives of our clients.
